ITC Kakatiya, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Hyderabad

Good rooms. Spacious. The massage lounge chair in the room was a nice bonus.Very good breakfast. Overall very courteous staff. My room booking included free lounge happy hours, which was a good bonus.

Overall a good experience, so these are more minor nitpicks.With breakfast rush, service tends to become slow.For dinner, there could have been more vegetarian and kid-friendly options.

Felt like the rooms were sub par in terms of cleanliness and felt old and in need of refurbishment

Property feels old and in need of some renovation and def re look at their older rooms and ensure cleanliness

The hotel is luxurious and the staff are well trained and welcoming. Breakfast is a feast, offering food types from around the world.We had a large Club Room and enjoyed the evening supper and drinks at the Marco Polo Lounge. Most guests seemed to be business people, in small groups, and the tone of the Club was quiet and relaxing, but a tad serious. We were tourists, and appreciated the genuine warm welcome we received each night from Azmat. Azmat always welcomed us with a big smile and remembered our seating and wine preferences. He was the brightest spirit in the room and always made our visit special, without overwhelming the general atmosphere of the Club.As we were first time tourists to Hyderabad, we were grateful for the advice and help received from the Concierge Kishore. He organised cars and drivers for us, and provided suggestions and clarification of the sites we planned to visit. In particular, he clarified the visiting rules for the former British Residency, which we had high on our list of places to see. He phoned a travel colleague and completely reversed the visiting arrangements which are to be found generally online. We were so grateful to him.

On the 27th night the TV opened by its self 3 times, and +18 clips was displayed !!! It took a Front Desk a while to send someone to fix it by the end of the night they disconnected the power cord and we spent the rest of our stay without TV !! Not even a single apology it seems like a it’s normal practice in this hotel.

The breakfast spread was really very nice and the staff are very courteous and thoughtful. The room was silent and peaceful.

The shower facilities in the room could have been better, there is no handheld shower head and due to space constraints the main shower is directed in the bath tub itself.

Very good staffs. Always courteous and helpful. Rooms are generally comfortable. Breakfast is good. Could be better. It’s a nicely located and comparatively quite property which one enjoys the most

Gym needs additional equipments. Will be great if they develop a good walking track. Speciality restaurants are very good but buffet needs improvement, both in terms of variety and quality, especially to suite different palates.

Excellent wedding venue for weddings and anchoring thanks for the anchoring opportunity at the wedding which happened in your venue and with all rituals and customs traditions and hope you would invite wedding planners to for wedding to happen at your place and wedding planners would collaborate anchors rappermaddy/piya sharma/shobha girdhar, mehak dhawan, sonaliguptaverma, payal dhawan as makeupartists and we know kuch wedding artists and we have our own wedding planner company laeventia weddayentertain madarmy and madorables merchandise luxury watches perfumes and muh more

Breakfast platter was good, however, they have closed the counters by sharp 10.30 even on a New Year Day. Filter coffee was not so good. However, We have enjoyed the music and food that was served.

Liked everything.

Overall good experience in terms of the room, breakfast options and overall location of the hotel. They also facilitated a city tour for us.

New renovated room. And breakfast buffet

This was my first time with this property. I was given a very old room ..AC didn't work at night.. older equipment..Bathroom was like a 3 star hotel.. facuets were leaking and tiles in bathroom were chipped off. After complaining finally I was moved to newly renovated rooms just a night before leaving... they should stop the older non renovated rooms. They haven't been upgraded since more than a decade..

Decent staff.

Facility looks old; corridors carpet has lot of stains; definitely not what I expected for the $$ I paid for.

It was clean place to stay

Buffet in Dakshin was a disaster for us. Concept of hygiene by staff was totally missing. A team of young Cricket players who were in the hotel were also having dinner at the same time. They were just using their hands to pick the items from the Buffet table. And Hotel Staff was blind to all that style. One of the persons just dipped a piece of Cucumber in the Mint Chutney at the counter and ate there with his hands. Spoons/Serving items kept over there were ignored both by the young boys and more importantly ITC Staff. One of the worst I have ever seen in the Hotel - that too ITC. We voiced our concern to all the Staff in ITC especially F&B Manager. Well had no choice but to opt out of Dakshin and moved out. If Hotel Staff cannot request guests to use proper Cutlery to pick the items, we are heading to another pandemic very soon

I just want to know about the booking they charge me for two days 4th &5th December before leaving new york we booked. But the hotel manager says that we do not have the booking that time I do not find the conformation no And that charge me for one day Rs 29oooPlease let me know about this. Thanks

Beautiful property, excellently maintained. It even smelled nice. The staff were kind, thoughtful and thoroughly pleasant to deal with. I have stayed at this property before and it continues to live up to its reputation and my expectations. The property and it’s staff offer a tranquil sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of Hyderabad

Room was Terrible. Dirty. A shock after our last two visits that were so pleasant. When the management was told they said they were overbooked. Last time we are staying there !!

Overall experience was great. The staff was very nice and polite property is well maintained very beautiful services were good very comfortable and enjoyed the stay
